Write your template using

What CSV format does the personaliser expect?
A plain CSV with a header row naming your columns, for example name,order_id,amount, followed by one row per contact. Your template uses the same names in double curly braces, like Hi {{name}}, your order {{order_id}} is ready. Paste the CSV text directly or drop a .csv file; up to 500 rows are processed, and any extra columns are simply ignored.
What happens if a row is missing a value my template needs?
That row is flagged rather than silently sent with a blank gap. The preview marks any row where a placeholder in your template has no matching value, or no matching column at all, so you can fix your CSV or template before you export anything, instead of finding out after a real send.
Why does the character count differ from row to row?
Each row's personalised message is a different length once the placeholders are filled in, since a longer name or a bigger order number adds characters, so a row can cross into an extra SMS segment even though your template did not. This tool shows each row's own encoding and segment count, and flags any row that needs more segments than the rest.
Does this tool actually send the personalised messages?
No, this is a preview and export tool only, with no send button and no network connection. It is for checking your template and data before you load them into whichever platform or gateway actually delivers the messages, so you catch missing fields or oversized rows first.
Can I export the personalised messages afterwards?
Yes. Once you are happy with the preview, copy all the personalised rows as CSV, ready to import into your sending platform. Nothing is uploaded to generate it; the export is built directly from the template and CSV you pasted, in your own browser.
